RETURN POLICY
All items are brand new unless otherwise stated and come with a manufacturers warranty as stated above. Any problems arising with your purchase must be reported on receipt, and returned to us immediately. If the item is faulty or dead on arrival (DOA) the item will be replaced. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
We will not refund any postage costs unless we are certain the item you received was faulty when we sent it, and will only replace / refund items that are returned to us in the exact condition they were sent with original packaging and a note explaining the problem along with your username, item number and contact telephone number.
All of our items are security marked to prevent fraudulent claims, so please ensure any faulty or incorrect returns are the same item you originally received. Fraudulent claims will result in prosecution.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your products We ship to any destination within 3 working days after confirming your payment for the types and units you demand .
